Determination of 5 pyrethroid pesticide residues in pond water

Five kinds of pyrethroid pesticides,namely bifenthrin,fenpropathrin,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin in pond water were determined simultaneously by liquid-liquid extration(LLE) and gas chromatography(GC) with n-hexane for extraction solvent..The method was reliable and stable that the recoveries were from 80.52%～91.59% at the spiked level 0.5,1,5 μg/L,with the relative standard deviations ranging from 3.47% to 6.21%.The quantification limits(LOQ) of this method for bifenthrin,fenpropathrin,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin were 0.02,0.04,0.03,0.08,0.10 μg/L,respectively.
