To plantlet regeneration,different growth regulator levels played important roles in rooting culture.This paper describes the best growth regulator levels were selected for four suitable Eucalyptus clones by trials of selecting suitable growth regulator levels on rooting in tissue culture for four Eucalyptus clones.
