Finite-element-method Analyses of the Ring-type Piezoelectric Vibrator with Comb Teeth

Ring-type piezoelectric vibrator with comb teeth is calculated by FEM. The influence of different structure parameters on dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric vibrator is analyzed, and the natural frequency curve is given. The motor with this type of vibrator is tested. The results of experiment are in accord with that of FEM analysis,so that can be taken as the basis for the vibrator desigu.
