Observation of Silver Halide Micro-Crystals by AFM

The observation of the morphology of the silver halide crystal surface was limited because of the light sensitivity of silver halide grains. However the AFM provides a powerful method to solve this problem.The application to observing the crystals is reviewed briefly.
