Therefore, gas stations need install the oil and gas recovery device for recovering the oil and gas, which can promote the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution, reduce the oil gas pollutant emission. So operating gas station without the oil and gas recovery device need be transformed by adding oil and gas recovery unit; the mandatory provisions should be put forward for new gas stations: designs, construction and use of oil-gas recovery system and gas station should be simultaneously carried out.
