Study on the Influence of Carbon Fiber Surface Treatment on the Compression-sensitivity of Carbon Fiber-reinforced Concrete

The importance of the composite interface and a new method of carbon fiber surface treatment-GLBE were introduced in this paper. The result shows that GLBE not only improved the tensile strength of carbon fiber and the interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of composites, but also improved the dispersiveness of fibers. Under cyclic load, it is found that the stability and repeatability of CFRC corresponds to the change of strain made by treated-fibers in this way were greatly improved.
