INVESTIGATE OF MDA IN SERUM AND AVULSED TISSUE AFTER SKIN AVULSION INJURY

Objective:To investigate the role of the free radicals in the necrosis of avulsed tissue after skin avulsion injury Methods:To mimicked traffic accident,a machine was developed An avulsion injury model was created in hind leg of pig The malanyldialehyde(MDA)in serum and avlused tissue was measured 1,2,4,8,12,24 hours after trauma Results:The MDA in serum and avlused tissue increased constantly after injury Conclusion:The free radicals may play a very important role in the necrosis of avulsed tissue
