Fungal corneal ulcer is a leading cause of blindness.This are very difcult to treat due to poor penetration of topical antifungal drugs .A Case of culture proven fungal ulcer , not responding to combination of topical 5% natamycin and 1% voriconazole was treated with intrastromal voriconazole (50 mg/0.1 mL) injected in 4 divided doses around the the circumference of the ulcer. Total 3 doses of intrastromal voriconazole (50 mg/0.1 mL) were injected. Before intrastromal voriconazole injection ,case were gradually worsening .After injection there is improvement in in terms of decrease in size of ulcer, hypopyon , and inltration was noted within 1 week.
