摘要
Capacitive Pressure Sensors In article number 2312370, Bingjun Yu, Inkyu Park, and co-workers present a novel dielectric layer inspired by the beetle's gradient slant structures (GSS) to address poor sensor-to-sensor uniformity and restricted linearity due to structural stiffening of soft material based capacitive pressure sensors. This innovation ensures extensive linearity range, enhanced sensitivity, and remarkable uniformity through 3D printing consistency. Its applicability extends to various scenarios like external pressure detection and smart insoles, showcasing rapid response, low detection limits, and long-term stability.
