The assessment study of the airport operation compatibility for the new aircraft design

With the development of domestic aircraft models in China, this paper reviewed the existing airport facilities and analyzed the parameters of new aircraft design, as well as proposing airport compatibility assessment content and safety operating margins for new aircraft design. The main airport facilities include runway, taxiway, visual aids, apron, emergency rescue and clearance planning. Through both qualitative and quantitative analysis, the system and content of airport compatibility assessment were proposed. The research results is helpful to improve the reliability development of aircraft design in China.
