Vertically aligned SnS 2 nanosheet–nanoflower homojunction-based blue-green light-sensitive photoelectrochemical photodetectors for low-light detection and underwater optical communication

High-performance underwater weak-light detection and optical communication are demonstrated using a vertically aligned SnS 2 nanosheet–nanoflower homojunction-based PEC photodetector.
