82‐1: Invited Paper: Latest Status of Blue and Green Laser Diodes and Laser Packages for Display Applications

The wall‐plug efficiency of blue and green Laser Diode (LD) chips for laser display applications exceeding 48% and 21% respectively was achieved. Our development laser package with 24 blue LD chips installed has achieved an optical output power over 120 watts.
