Advance in blast lung injury

Blast lung injury is characterized by complex injury, rapid change of injury, involvement of many important organs and high mortality rate.Due to its low incidence and unclear pathogenesis, clinicians have a serious lack of understanding of such diseases, which is prone to inaccurate classification of blast injuries, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Based on the latest published articles, this article reviews the physiopathology, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and management of blast lung injury.
