The investigations being carried out convince us of cardinal differences between biological effects of millimeter electromagnetic radiation (MMER) and other effects including electromagnetic fields of other wavelengths. The difference consists in that the regularities being studied do not fit in the framework of traditional ideas about an interaction of electromagnetic radiation with condensed media.
