The regioselective synthesis of 2-phosphinoylindoles via Rh(iii)-catalyzed C–H activation

A step-economical route for the synthesis of 2-phosphinoylindoles via the Rh(iii)-catalyzed redox-neutral annulation of N-nitrosoanilines with 1-alkynylphosphine oxides was developed.
