Adaptable sublattice stabilized high-entropy materials with superior thermoelectric performance

Taking Mg 2− δ (Si, Ge, Sn, Bi) as a case study, we demonstrate that the adaptable sublattice can effectively stabilize single-phase high-entropy materials with superior thermoelectric performance.
