摘要
To implement a roadmap towards Supply Chain 4.0, companies need to assess and position their level of digital maturity. Several works have proposed different maturity models to guide companies to make this assessment and help them to identify a roadmap to reach the desired level of maturity. In this article, we put the user at the centre of the digital transformation process. Furthermore, we consider the company's organisational structure, and the status of the information systems as critical factors to integrate 4.0 technologies. Based on literature analysis and experts consulting, we propose a multidimensional model to assess the digital maturity of companies. Our model is based on a structured survey to perform the maturity assessment of a company as objectively as possible. The structure of the assessment tool is designed to allow the most relevant stakeholders, regarding each dimension of digital transformation, participating in an independent and complementary manner. An illustrative example is deployed within the R&I department of Capgemini Engineering France to show how the proposed tool works.
