摘要
It is reported that the electrical resistance of pressureless sintered AlN–50 wt % SiC composites decreases with a simultaneous increase in their electromagnetic power absorption, when the sintering temperature is elevated from 1800 to 1950°C. An analytical expression relating the resistance decrease and the electromagnetic energy absorption increase is proposed.
