摘要
The aim of the study is to optimize the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract of young sheep by using a probiotic based on sapro-phytic Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Bacillus Bacillus. The new probiotic is based on the live bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-11475 at a concentration of 4×109 CFU in suspension form. The research was carried out on young sheep of the Kuiby-shev breed. The experimental animals were supplemented with sporobacterin and a new probiotic based on Bacillus amyloliquefa-ciens. The addition of sporobacterin and a probiotic based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens to the basic diet had a pronounced positive effect on sheep from birth to the age of 180 days. The population of beneficial microbes in the gastrointestinal tract of young sheep, enterococcus, bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, both quantitatively and functionally, was optimal and competitively capable in experimental animals. At the same time, it was found that the use of a probiotic based on Bacillus amyloliquefaciens showed the best effect.
