摘要
The limited energy of sensor nodes restricts the service life of wireless sensor networks (WSN). Transmission is the most significant factor affecting energy consumption. Therefore, optimizing transmission to reduce the energy consumption of sensor nodes is particularly important for extending the service life of WSN. This paper proposes a transmission optimization method for WSN based on combination prediction and threshold adjustment. First, a combination prediction model based on correction is constructed with the least mean square algorithm making preliminary prediction, the long short-term memory network making in-depth prediction and the echo state network making corrected prediction. Second, a threshold adjustment algorithm based on congestion control is proposed. In particular, the threshold rises quickly in the fast attempt stage, rises slowly in the slow attempt stage, and shrinks as needed in the fast startup stage. Finally, simulation results on three actual datasets of WSN show that the proposed method has the high prediction performance and low energy consumption, thus reduces the amount of transmitted data.
