Objective
To analyze and determine the test results of liver function and serum indicator levels in the diagnosis of fatty liver disease.
Methods
60 patients with fatty liver treated at our hospital from February, 2015 to January, 2016 were selected as group A; and 60 healthy volunteers taking examination during the same period were selected as group B. The liver function (Alt, aspertate aminotransferase) and blood lipid (total cholesterol, triglycerides) concentrations were compared between these two groups. The liver function and blood lipid levels of the patients with different severities of fatty liver were compared.
Results
The levels of alanine amino acid transferase, straw glycine transferase, total cholesterol, and triglycerides were (308.44±20.66) U/L, (335.17±22.63) U/L, (6.88±1.02) mmol/L, and (3.01±0.63) mmol/L in group A, which were higher than those in group B, with statistical differences (P<0.05). There were statistical differences in liver function and blood lipid levels between the patients with different severities of fatty liver (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Liver function and serum indicator levels in the diagnosis of fatty liver disease is effective; cereal third transaminase, aspertate aminotransferase, total cholesterol, and triglycerides increase with the severity of fatty liver.
