Servo-System for M16C/80 and MINAS A

In order to improve the precision of AC servo system, a new AC servo system is constructed based on the M16C/80 and MINAS A. Comparing with the traditional servo system, the precision of this new controlled system is 0. 1 %, and the new scheme has simpler interfaces and flexible control mode.
