Isolation and structure determination of flavones from peanut shell

The flavone was isolated by luteolin imprinted polymer column chromatography and their structures were determined by NMR.The results showed that one flavone was isolated from peanut shell alcohol(70%) and identified as luteolin.Luteolin is main bioactive flavone of peanut shell.
