Study about Improvement for Automatic Transfer to Reserve Power Source on 110 kV Power Network

In view of the disability of traditional automatic transfer to reserve power source to satisfy the operation requirements on the 110 kV hand-by-hand networks,the original equipments are reformed logically and the transfer signal will be transmitted through optic fiber.
