Private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province have made great achievements since the 90's,but it is also facing a great crisis.This article analyzes the capital operating actualities and problems of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,addresses innovative strategies to deal with the crisis of capital operation,and finally,it gives recommendations on perfecting the capital operation of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
