摘要
The synthesis of hydroxyethylcellulose under ultrasound was studied in this paper.Experimental results indicated that the reaction time compared with that of liquid phase method,is reduced to half and the rate of ettherification is enhanced 20% by using ultrasound.The products could reach the standard ASTM D2364-89.The optimum technological conditions were obtained.Radiation time is approximately from 40 min to 50 min,radiation intensity 30 kHz,the ratio of raw: m (Cell)∶ m (EO)=1∶1.2,and the temperature of etherification 50±5℃.
