This paper explores how strategic human resource management can be used to build and support knowledge creation capability and the relationship of knowledge creation capability and innovation by empirical researching on 83 high-tech companies.Based on theory of the knowledge-based view of the firm,organizationa learning and knowledge creation,and strategic human resource,it suggests a prescriptive model for creating organizational knowledge-creation capability and examine the model.The results indicate that the human capital acquisition,retention and motivation as a part of the SHRM system affect knowledge creation capability and innovation finally.But the effect of human capital development and organization structure on knowledge-creation hasn't identified.
