The Latest Research of Supercritical Fluid in RESS Process

Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution( RESS),a new technology,has been developed in the last thirty years. The use of solute solubility changes over supercritical fluid density to the characteristics of the preparation of ultrafine particles,mainly composed of a solution components,heat supply,pump system and nozzle for the expansion of supercritical solution,product collector,etc. The RESS process was introduced from the aspects of concept,principle,production process,such as supercritical fluid were introduced reiss process. The function of each system was introduced,and then the reiss process in preparation of drug ultra- micronization model,the efficient catalyst and the latest progress and application of the environmental protection were summarized.
