Synthesis, photophysical properties, bioimaging potential andin vitrotoxicity studies of naphthalimide imidazole boron complexes

In this work, we report synthesis of naphthalimide decorated tetra-coordinated boron complexes which showed deep blue emission. The study elucidated the cytotoxic action of BF 2 -complex against glioma cells and cell permeability in normal HEK293 cells.
