OBJECTIVE: To assess the regional distribution of gray matter (GM) and white matter (WM) abnormalities in pediatric patients with migraine using voxel-based morphometry (VBM). The correlations between regional volumetric abnormalities and clinical manifestations of the disease were also investigated.
