Regio- and chemoselective hydroboration of terminal alkynes with pinacolborane catalyzed by organo rare earth metal complexes

We herein report the regio- and chemoselective hydroboration of terminal alkynes with pinacolborane by a series of constrained-geometry catalyst-type or CGC-type rare earth metal monoalkyl complexes.
