摘要
We present a$2.1 \mu \mathrm{m}$radius disk modulator with an integrated heater, achieving 6.47 THz free-spectral-range (FSR),$0.41 \text{nm} / \text{mW}$heater efficiency, operating up to$50 \text{Gb} / \mathrm{s} N R Z$with$1.6 V_{p p}$drive swing, which is achieved by the optimization of bend loss and vertical PN junction. ©2024 The Author(s)
