Bipolar Syndrome Among Patients with Psoriasis: A Nested Case-Control Propensity-Scored Study

A case control propensity scored analysis of patients with psoriasis and association with bipolar disorders, including bipolar disorder type 1 and bipolar disorder type 2. A multivariate odds ratio controlling for age, body mass index, sex, race, income, education, and smoking status showed a significant positive association between psoriasis and bipolar disorders in the All of Us NIH database.
