Single dose oral gabapentin for acute postoperative pain in adults

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and adverse effects of single dose oral gabapentin for acute postoperative pain using methods that permit comparison with other analgesics evaluated in standardised trials using almost identical methods and outcomes.
