Numerical Simulation of Flow Field and Temperature Field in Walking-Beam Heating Furnace

The numerical simulation of three-dimensional combustion flow field is carried on a certain walking-beam heating furnace by using fluid mechanics calculation software(CFD). The speed, density and temperature distributions are obtained. The results of the calculation shall provide fine references for further improvement of the billet heating quality and the structure re-optimization of the furnace.
