Preparation and Application of Sulfide Microbial Sensor

The microbial sensor for sulfide was prepared,and it was applied to the determination of sulfide.The linear range of the sensor for S 2- was 0.03～3.00 mg/L. The determining period for one wample was 2～3 min.The optimum conditions of the determination were obtained,and the sulfide in actual samples was determined.
