Surgical treatment of the crohn's disease

Objective To study clinical symptoms, indication's for operation and operative methods of the crohn's disease. Methods 22 cases of crohn's disease in our department from 1995-2000 years were presented. Results 22 cases patients clinical symptoms have intestinal obstuction, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, or intestinal leakage. All patients recept operative treatment. 2 patients died after emergency surgery because the patient's situation went wores. The other 20 patients were well. Conclusion Crohn's disease is a no specific chronic in-flammnation in digestive canal, and the non-operation treament also relieve symptone, but can not treatment well all. Therefor elect earlie operative is necessary.
