The Research Progress of Isothiazole Compounds with Bioactivities

The isothiazole compounds are growing gradually to be an important kind of pesticide.Seven types of isothiazole compounds with bioactivities including saccharins,amines,isotianil analogues,sulfonylureas,ureas,amides and others were generalized and outlined according to the structure.The compounds with good bioactivity were reviewed.The discovery process and development trend of these isothiazole compounds were introduced and discussed also,which maight provide some ideas for further research of isothiazole derivatives.
