Relative Expression of fvh1 and fv-hyd1 Hydrophobinencoding Genes in Dikaryotic and Monokaryotic Strains of Flammulina velutipes at Different Stages of Development
The relative expression of two hydrophobin-encoding genes,fvh1 and fv-hyd1,in two strains of Flammulina velutipes(dikaryon G and monokaryon dan3)was compared during the mycelium running,primordium and fruit body formation stages using quantitative real-time PCR.Relative expression levels of fvh1 in dikaryon G were significantly higher during the mycelium running stage compared to the primordium and fruit body formation stages,whereas no significant differences were observed in the monokaryon dan3.Fv-hyd1 expression levels were highest during the fruit body formation stage in both the dikaryon and monokaryon,significantly lower during primordium development and not detectable during mycelium running.
