Influence of Decision Making Effect Based on Two Group Decision Modes

In this paper,the three modes of group decision were presented based on the analysis of decision making problems and complexity of group decision making.In order to studying some cooperated decision making problems which contained general group decision making and collaboration decision making,the regulation models of the group decision making and the collaboration decision making were established by designing a case which naval formation intercepted coming targets,and some approaches of optimization solution were given.Moreover,the effects which two decision structure modes impacted last decisions were compared.As a result,the organization structure affected the last decision in terms of decision mechanisms and regulations,and the effect of the collaboration decision was even more complex better than that of the group decision.
