Isotope shifts and hyperfine structure spectrum

In atomic spectoscopy, the subject of isotope shifts and hyperfine structure spectrum is one of the few ways that link atomic and nuclear physics. The isotope shifts between two isotopes of all seven stable isotopes in 142～146,148,150 Nd + and hyperfine structure spectrum of 143,145 Nd + were measured by using collinear fast-ion-beam laser spectroscopy.
