N-doped carbon dots for deep-blue emission and CD-LED device with 402 nm electroluminescence

The N-doped CDs were synthesized by a facile solvothermal method with 2-amino-5-bromopyrazine and terephthalic acid as the precursors, achieving a deep-blue emission of 402 nm in the CD-LED, with CIE coordinates of (0.15, 0.08), and an EQE of 2.58%.
