ABSTRACT In recent years, visible‐light‐driven generation of C(sp 3 )‐centered radicals from boronic acids has led to significant advances in Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions. In this study, by eliminating the need for costly catalysts, we developed a novel photocatalytic Suzuki‐Miyaura reaction protocol via oxygen radical‐mediated activation of boronic acids, which has been rarely reported. This method enables the use of a wide variety of boronic acids and aryl halides bearing diverse functional groups. Especially, unreactive linear‐chain alkylboron nucleophiles effectively couple with aryl halides.
