Case 20-2019: A 52-Year-Old Woman with Fever and Rash after Heart Transplantation

A 52-year-old woman who had undergone orthotopic heart transplantation because of dilated cardiomyopathy was admitted to the hospital 40 days after surgery with blanching, erythematous nodules on the left leg and arm; there was no associated necrosis or ulceration. A diagnosis was made.
