摘要
A process of an ultrasonic-atomized rhodamine 6 G (R6G) dye film deposition was investigated using an optical waveguide (OWG) sensor with surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The sensor surface was coated with a transparent polyvinylcarbazole (PVK) to adjust the SPR wavelength and separate it from the R6G absorption band. Simultaneous observations of R6G absorption and SPR were conducted, and the relationship between the R6G film thickness and absorption intensity was obtained. Furthermore, the mist deposition, the evaporation of solvent water, and the R6G film formation process were estimated.
