摘要
The reversibly cross-linked rubber based on reversible covalent bonds is a promising route to realize the recycling of rubber. As a new telechelic liquid rubber, the primary amine-terminated cis-polybutadiene (AmTPB) was first chain-extended by terephthalaldehyde and then cross-linked by tris(2-aminoethyl)amine to prepare the reversibly cross-linked rubber (AmTPB-TA-TAA) based on imine bonds in one pot. It has been confirmed that the mechanical and thermal properties could be controlled by changing the molecular weight of AmTPB and the degree of chain extension. AmTPB-TA-TAA had the characteristics of recyclability and self-healing at high temperature due to the exchange reaction of imine bonds.
