摘要
The effect of di-phasic and multiphasic as an additive on the densification behaviour and microstructure evaluation of alumina has been investigated. Colloidal processing was used for the mixing of these additives in order to achieve a uniform distribution and thereafter homogeneous microstructure on sintering. Sintered density and microstructures were evaluated along with the mechanical properties.
