Simulation of Chladni Patterns with MATLAB

Waves travel in two-dimensional media will form a lot of beautiful and symmetrical patterns,of which the most famous pattern is the chladni patterns.These patterns resonant frequencies are related to the working principle of many string and flat-type musical instruments,like drum and violin.The simulation of 2D standing wave and Chladni patterns with MATLAB in this paper can provide reference and assistance to understand the standing wave and the working principle of some music instruments.
