Dertermination of Aflatoxins in Peanuts by LC-MS

This is a new method for the determination of aflatoxins B1、B2、G1 and G2 by LC coupled to mass spectrometry.Mixture of methanol and water are used to extracted aflatoxins from peanuts,then purified with column of immunity.Injected the extract into chromatographic system with a reversed-phase C18 column,and the mobile is methanol-acetic acid.At last,detect aflatoxins using a mass spectrometry operating in the positive ion mode.The result shows that the method can detect aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 in peanuts simultaneity.Detection limit was 0.15 μg/kg for aflatoxins B1,0.09 μg/kg for B2,0.25 μg/kg for G1,0.50 μg/kg for G2.Recoveries of the procedure are 78%～110%,RSD is 5.0%～10.3%.
