Determination of five microelements in pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii

Objective Establish the methods for determinating Pb,As,Hg,Zn and Se in pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii. Methods Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used for the determination of Pb,Zn and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry was used for the determination of As,Hg and Se. Results Five microelements in ten batches of pueraria lobata and pueraria thomsonii were determinated. Conclusion The methods are exact and inexpensive.
